While the Career Coaching Program focuses on preparing participants for the job market (resume writing, interview preparation, networking), the Career Practice Program extends this by offering hands-on experience through real-world projects. Participants will still benefit from career coaching, integrated over 14 weeks, alongside their practical work.
Participants will work on real business tasks, such as:
- Marketing and growth strategies.
- Product testing and development.
- Business development and lead generation.
- Data analysis and research.
- Project management and fundraising tasks.
By participating in the Career Practice Program, you will:
- Gain hands-on experience with real-world business challenges.
- Build a portfolio showcasing completed projects and measurable results.

Participants are expected to dedicate:
- 5–10 hours/week to career coaching tasks (integrated over 14 weeks).
- 15–20 hours/week to practical work assignments as part of their Fractional Team.
The program is divided into three phases:
- Onboarding & Career Coaching Integration (Weeks 1–4): Career coaching modules, goal-setting, and team matching.
- Practical Experience (Weeks 5–12): Real-world business tasks, guided by mentors and project managers.
- Portfolio Building & Final Review (Weeks 13–14): Presentation of completed projects and recommendations for future growth.
During onboarding, we assess your skills, career goals, and preferences through a detailed questionnaire. We then match you with projects and businesses that align with your professional aspirations.
