Accelerator Associate Program
Work with real early stage founders from all over the world, help them launch and scale their startups in US.
Your Duties
- Present your ideas weekly to help your paired startup(s) find better ways to acclimate to the US market in a short presentation in front of the founders and the Starta team
- Meet with your paired startup(s) to get assignments from the founder(s)
- Attend workshops and 1-on-1's with leading coaches in the industry
- Participate in Starta's events, be proactive, meet with founders and investors
- Keep the office running (set up equipment, take attendance, etc)

Venture Capital Associate Program
Search for and interview international founders and startups looking to enter the US market.
Your Duties
- Scout startups from different regions of the world, outside of the US
- Interview the startups you scouted
- Communicate with Starta Accelerator graduates
- Starta Launchpad Management (our pre-accelerator program)
- Complete competitive analyses
- Attend workshops and 1-on-1's with leading coaches in the industry
- Participate in Starta's events, be proactive, meet with founders and investors
- Keep the office running (set up equipment, take attendance, etc)

Each program is 3 months long and takes place twice a year, in the Spring and Fall.
We look for proactive, determined, and creative people, who are not afraid to get their hands dirty and jump in at any opportunity to create something greater than themselves.
10+ hours a week. We don't hold your hand. What you put into this, is what you're going to get out of it.
You submit your top three choice of startups and we do our best to match your request. Before joining their teams you will get a chance to meet with each founder to see if you hit it off.
The Accelerator internship is primarily in-person, meaning we require you to be in the office at least 50% of the time. The VC internship, however, is a lot more flexible and being in-person is not a requirement, though, is preferable.
